Reimbursements
Reimbursements from Basic Insurance:
This year, 3 hours of reimbursement are available through basic insurance for dieticians. This equates to an initial consultation and approximately 3 follow-up consultations.
It is important to note that this reimbursement is deducted from your deductible. It is advisable to first check with your insurer to see how much deductible you still have.
Please note that the deductible does not apply to children under 18 years old.
In addition, some health insurers require a referral from your GP or another healthcare provider to be eligible for reimbursement.
It is therefore always advisable to check this in advance with your health insurer.
You can find more detailed information on the reimbursement of dietary advice from basic insurance and any additional insurances here.
Additional Insurances:
If you have additional insurance, there is a chance that you are entitled to additional reimbursements. Consult this overview to see if this applies to your situation. Nevertheless, it is advisable to always verify this with your health insurer.
Contracted Care
We have signed a contract with almost all health insurers, which means that billing is sent directly to them. You can find an overview of all health insurers with whom we currently have a contract here.
